Sausage - salchicha
Mustard - mostaza
Pease pudding – plato tradicional hecho de legumbres secos (guistantes, alubias)
Saveloys – salchicha tradicional, picante, vendida en fish and chip shops.
Jelly - gelatina
Custard – natillas de vainilla, de estilo ingles – normalmente se come caliente sobre postres de biscocho, tartas de manzana por ejemplo.
Indigestion - Lo que pasa a veces cuando comemos demasiado o rápido!

The Meals of the Day:

Breakfast – el desayuno o almuerzo.
Lunch or Dinner – la comida*
Tea – la merienda
Supper or dinner – la cena*. 
Elevenses - (coloquial) - un "snack" a las 11 de la mañana / almuerzo.

En mi casa, “dinner” fue al mediodía y la cena, siempre “supper”.
“A dinner party” es una cena algo formal. 

No olvides usar el verbo HAVE.

I normaly have breakfast at 9 o’clock.
At the weekend, we have lunch early.
The kids always have tea after school.
When do you usually have supper?
Carol is having a dinner party tonight.
Let’s have a coffee/a cup of coffee.

To go out to dinner/supper/lunch (v) – salir para comer en un restaurante.
Dish – plato de la carta
Dish of the day – plato del día
A dish – un plato hondo, para la sopa por ejemplo
A meal - normalmente un menu completo, de primer/segundo plato y postre.
First course - primer plato
Second course / Main course - segundo plato
Sweet / dessert - postre
To wash the dishes (v) – limpiar los platos
A dish washer – una lavavajillas
A plate – un plato para la comida.

Draw(dibuja): a scary, green head and a round, fat, green body.  Draw two big, green legs with shorts and two green arms and gold braclets.  Draw a short, green tail.  Draw two small holes without eyes and a small green nose.  Draw short hair, no horns and no wings. Draw small white fangs and small ears.

Podemos usar el imperativo para dar instrucciones.  En lugar de decir "You draw" o "You follow these instructions", dicimos simplemente "Draw" (dibuja) o "Follow these instructions"(sigue).
